Yes! Sign up and receive e-mailed promotions. Subscribing for bi-weekly and monthly subscriptions will provide a 3% and 5% discount, respectively. Unlock 5% (bi-weekly) and 10% (monthly) discounts for these subscriptions after you receive 5 or more products per one auto-delivery to one address.

Buying in bulk also provides considerable savings.

Do you charge for shipping?

Standard shipping is FREE anywhere in the United States.

Where do you ship?

We ship domestically to the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

How long does shipping take?

We roast our coffee to order and ship it within 1-5 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

While we wish we could change and cancel your order for you, we are unable to do that once the order process has begun. We hope to incorporate a cancellation policy in the future when it is possible.

What is your return policy?

Defective or damaged items may be refunded or replaced, depending on the circumstances of each case. Coffee cannot be returned since we must discard any returned products for safety and quality reasons.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Oh no! Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the security of your mailbox, as it is beyond our control.

Please file a claim with the shipping carrier. In most cases, this is UPS or the United States Postal Service.
